Nothing seems to slow down Krizz Kaliko’s grind on Strange Music. Still on the road with Tech N9ne for The Lost Cities Tour, Krizz Kaliko surprised fans on Twitter recently when he announced the release of his next full length album Kickin And Screamin. According to Krizz Kaliko, fans can expect the new album to be released in June of next year. This will mark Krizz Kaliko’s first full length album since the release of Shock Treatment in 2010. Named after his high energy performances, Kickin And Screamin is sure to be one of Kaliko’s biggest albums yet.
While he was blazing stages on the All 6′s And 7′s Tour, Krizz Kaliko sat down with Murder Dog Magazine for an extensive interview in their latest issue.
Strange Music’s genius offered his thoughts on what it takes to put on a good stage performance and what audiences have come to expect from rappers:
“This is why Michael Jackson was so big that I keep referencing him. People wanna be entertained. That’s why there was such a craze over Michael Jackson.”
Krizz Kaliko also spoke out on what he hopes the next generation of musicians will understand about making hits. He closed the interview with his thoughts on the Strange Music roster and how they are all unique in the music industry.
